What we pour
Concreting is often part of a wider landscaping project, but it can also be a standalone job.
- Exposed aggregate driveways and entrances
- Side passages and garden paths
- Slabs for sheds, outdoor areas and paving bases
- Pool surrounds and edging
Preparation and falls
Concrete is only as good as what sits under it. Excavation, compacted base, reinforcement and correct falls are set before any pour so water drains away from the house and the slab is supported evenly.
Control joints are planned to help manage cracking, which is a natural characteristic of concrete as it cures and moves.
Exposed aggregate finishes
Exposed aggregate shows the stones within the mix, giving a textured, natural look with good grip underfoot. Different stone blends give different colours, so it can be matched to paving, render or garden tones. Sealing can help with stain resistance and makes cleaning easier.
